Accelerated Learning Circle AUDIO Introduction

Our Accelerated Learning Circle Program brings together the powerful process of life mentoring and the life-changing Internal Guidance System™ distinctions. This amazing program is for those who want to delve more deeply into their own creative possibilities of “living from the desire that opens you” – i.e. following the openings of your IGS™ (Internal Guidance System) rather than the programmed reactions of the mind.

This is a prerequisite for our Facilitator Program that starts in the Fall of 2008.

We are only accepting 21 people into the Accelerated Learning Circle Program at this time. It is our desire to have this be a close-knit group of individuals that are in support of each other’s growth. We have found that you can accelerate learning by employing three different transformation modalities at once:

1. Being coached in life issues and circumstances
2. Coaching another on what you are witnessing in their life
3. Witnessing the a coaching session in action

How our Accelerated Learning Circle Group Coaching program works.

Each month:

• One 90 Minute study session with Zen DeBrucke, which will outline the focus of the month. This lecture will create the foundation for the coaching pods discussion of the month.
• Two 90 Minute question and answer session a month with Zen DeBrucke. This call is designed to ask questions of Zen about the coaching, challenges that are being faced, solutions being created and successes to be celebrated.
• Two 90 Minute calls with your Circle and Zen DeBrucke or a Trained advisor. These sessions occur every other week.

How the Learning Circles work: Each of the 21 participants will be moved into circles of three breaking the group in to 7 pods. These Circles will be together through the entire 6-month period.Each circle will meet on the phone together every other week. The call will be 90 minutes and will be held on a teleconference bridge line. The teleconference will be recorded so that each of the circle members will have the opportunity to listen to the experience, to gain further insight into the experiential curriculum. Each circle session will be monitored and supported by Zen DeBrucke or a Trained Power Manifestation Life Coach.

There will be a sacred space opened at the beginning of each call and a format that will be used that is in conjunction with the focus of the month. Using the IGS in ones life is often a completely new way of being and for many is a challenging process, and group coaching provides the support and guidance necessary to move to a new level of internal understanding and personal mastery. Using the IGS is essentially about having an ever-present personal coach – divine guidance. Yet learning to recognize and interpret its sensations can be difficult at times. Engaging in the Power Manifestation™ group coaching program will enable you to develop a richer and deeper connection with your IGS and to move through life with greater certainty, awareness, and ease.If you are ready to have the ability to use your IGS in a moment to moment basis through most of life’s common struggles and issues that cause suffering while building an inner level of peace and effective personal growth then this is the program for you.

Participants at the end of this program will have the ability to:
Understand where their own personal triggers are and how to deal with them in real life situations.

Understand the sensations of the IGS and have begun the development of trust to follow it.

Be able to witness where their limitations are and have concrete practices to move past them.

Have the ability to work consistently with the mind as a tool that leads to creative breakthroughs.

Have a deep level of joy, compassion and confidence in the gifts they have to offer.

Personal Development: The participants will be asked to choose one area of focus that they would like to see a dramatic transformation in their lives. This area of focus will be explored in depth. The participants will be asked to be in a deep internal self discovery that will include listening to preprogrammed conference calls each week and journaling for several minutes each day. Each week a powerful and effective practice will create a consistency in the experience of deepening the self-discovery process.

Time Commitment: The Accelerated Learning program is a 6-month commitment starting on Approximately October 1, 2008 (actual start date TBD). Each participant will be expected to spend 4-5 hours a week on homework, seminar attendance and coaching calls.

Financial Commitment: $450 a month for 6 months (Total program cost is $2,700).

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is a unique partnership aimed at assisting you to create the life of your dreams. Sessions are weekly on the phone (or in person if feasible). A three-month commitment is requested.

How Coaching Works

Coaching is an on-going process in which you focus powerfully and efficiently on areas of your life where you want to grow and create results.

We begin the coaching process with an initial two-hour Discovery Session, in which we map the terrain of your past patterns, history and then the destination desired, identifying your desires, values, goals, and what’s next in your journey. We continue with regular weekly 45 minute to 1-hour sessions on the telephone or in person, if feasible. There is a request an initial three-month commitment so that we have time to develop your dreams and desires, abilities and actions.

Between coaching sessions, there are assignments and other structures that provide support and accountability to help you do what you say you want to do. The agenda for coaching is yours, and we design our relationship together, customizing the process to meet your needs.

I began my coaching career in 2001, after a number of other career paths including being a therapist, writing (I am the author of three books), producing film and video, and teaching at the high school and college level. At last I found a profession that enabled me to give my gift of empowering people to live the life of their dreams!

I completed my coaching training and certification with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the most respected coach training organization in the world. I continued to advance my coaching skills in CTI’s acclaimed Leadership Program and Relationship Systems Coaching Training.
